COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF STEADY STATE CHARACTERISTICS OF THREE-PHASE INDUCTION MOTOR UNDER DIFFERENT SPEED CONTROL SCHEME

Induction motors are the most widely used electrical due to their reliability, low cost and robustness. However, induction is a constant speed machine; hence it control difficult. Electric drive system increasingly required meet higher performance reliability requirement of in industrial applications. This work presents different controlmethod for three-phase motor The steady state equation were written directly from dynamic equations based on Parks two-axis techniques. validated MATLAB. Amongs selected methods, voltage frequency (v/f) ratio scheme with peripherial intergral (PI ) controller gave competitive advantage over others. In this method v/f ratio, by use rectifier pulse width modulation (PWM) inverter, supply as well varied such that remains flux too. With reference 1500 rpm at diiferent load, results shows maximum torque unchanged operating zone various speeds given maximul being 2.2 Nm opration. was done using three-phase, 4-pole 50Hz, 155 volts motor.
